1. General Terms

We ensure all plants are in good condition before delivery through quality control of health, form, color, and size.
All prices are fixed and do not include shipping.
Prices are in US$.
We can ship to various countries.

2. Ordering and Payment

To place your order, please contact us.
Minimum order US$ 200.
Wholesale price, please contact us.
After placing an order, you will receive information such as photos of the plants to be sent, their quantity, the total cost for the plants, shipping costs, and necessary documents.
Payment must be made in full before shipment. We accept Bank Transfer and PayPal.
No refunds or cancellations once payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping

All plants will be shipped bare root.
International buyers are responsible for checking their country’s import regulations before placing an order.
International shipping will be charged $35 for a Phytosanitary Certificate.
We do not provide CITES Permit and Certificate.
We will not be responsible for any delay during delivery, including customs postage checking, force majeure, etc.
Once the package is shipped, we will inform you of the air waybill number for track the shipment.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
International shipping options: DHL, EMS, and Cargo by Air.
The package will be shipped two weeks after payment receipt, as we need time to prepare the plants and complete the required documents.

4. Refund Policy

Refund applies only to plants whose condition is totally damaged (leaves, stems, and roots). If only the leaves are damaged, we will not refund. If the plants are rotten, we can replace them with new ones.
All costs for shipping the replacement package, such as postage and documents, are borne by the buyer.
Please take a video and photos when opening the package as proof; otherwise, the return will not be approved.
